PRODUCTION DETAILS

FALL PRODUCTION SCHEDULE – rough animation only:
At this point I (Caroline) was the only one working on the production, so tracking was based on rough animation progress.
SPRING PRODUCTION SCHEDULE – clean up + color animation, effects, and backgrounds:
​Here is when my producer/production coordinator (Yimeng) was brought onto the project to help keep track of all the animation assistants that were being added to the crew. This "master schedule" had two different tabs, one for the "planned schedule" (top) which I would make adjustments to as production progressed and situations changed, and the othe for the "tracking schedule" (bottom) where I would log what was actually accomplished such that we can click back and forth between the two while evaluating how to move forward. We did end up having to go over schedule by a few weeks.
